This was one of Laura Kennedy's favorite Monkees songs...she played bass in one of my first combos in Cleveland, then moved to NYC (actually her apartment was across from Charlie Beesley's) and formed the Bush Tetras. And, was also bassist in a Richard Hell project called Lester Meyers and The Thing (if I remember correctly).
